Who we are
Our story begins at the source.
In the misty, fertile hills of Idukki, Kerala, we do more than find the best spices, we perfect them. Caster Spices is a manufacturer at heart: the hands that guide every spice from raw harvest to the final fragrant product.
Manufacturers, not just traders
A strict no-middlemen policy gives us complete control over quality and traceability. Our wholly-owned facility handles manufacturing, processing and packing in both bulk and B2C formats.
Farm to finish
Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Nutmeg and Nutmeg Mace are produced entirely in-house: procuring, washing, cleaning, drying, sorting, grading and further processing. More spices will follow.
